Birth Doula Package

$2150

A Basic Package includes:

• 2-3 Prenatal Visits

• On-Call services during expected due date

• 1 Postpartum Visit

I am known to be generous with my time and will tailor all needs to what suits you best.

Hypnobabies clients will also have a Birth Rehearsal meeting.

A contract will be provided to employ services, and a 50% retainer fee will be due at the time of signing.

Prenatal visits can be conducted over Zoom due to COVID-19, or we can find a comfortable outdoor space where we feel safe.

Postpartum Doula Package

$32/HR (min. 20 hours)

All Postpartum Packages are custom designed, as no two families are alike, and neither are their needs during this exciting transition.

During your third trimester (or earlier if you wish), I will guide you in a Postpartum Planning meeting to create a tentative plan for your care, post-birth. With a thorough discussion of your needs, we will shape your plan of care tailor-made to your family.

Postpartum Packages start at a minimum of 20 hours.

Note: Birth Packages include one postpartum visit to wrap out the birth experience with love.

Combo Doula Services Package

Starting at $2700

Continuity of care is reassuring, familiar and incredibly supportive when journeying into parenthood, whether it’s the first time or the second time.

You get the benefit of having me there with firsthand knowledge of your birth story, which is invaluable.

I will see you starting with your prenatal care and all the way through your 4th trimester transition.

This complete Package starts with:

• 3 prenatal care

• On-call labor support

• 20 hours of postpartum services.

Subsequent postpartum care hours will be discounted to $25/HR for daytime work.

I am trained in Prenatal, Postpartum, Fertility and Vinyasa Yoga.

I can also adapt the Primary Series of Ashtanga for pregnancy. I practice a full Primary and Second Series through pincha.

Second Chakra Fertility Yoga is a very gentle, yin and restorative style of movement, accompanied by specific meditations. It harnesses creativity and doesn’t necessarily need to be focused on making babies (unless you want it to!). It is a practice for all those seeking to spark their creative juices and get them flowing again.

As someone who has gone through extensive Assisted Reproduction, I also offer Fertility consults to get you started with nutrition, meditation practices and guidance.

All Yoga Classes can be added onto any package for discounted rates.

My Sound Baths are relaxing experiences using high-quality gongs and pure-sounding singing bowls.

The gongs require time to set up and break down, as well as appropriate space.

A home visit and/or photos of the intended space are necessary prior to booking to ensure the location is suitable.

Quiet savasana for 10 minutes will follow the 45 minute Sound Bath, so please plan to spend a full hour indulging in luscious relaxation!
