For Twin Parents (Or More!)

  • twin mom doula support

As a single twin mama, I know what it’s like to be deep in the trenches of newborn life without much support.

I’ve done 3 a.m. feedings with two crying babies and no backup. I’ve figured out how to tandem feed, align babies on a nap schedule, and manage solo outings with a double stroller and no extra hands. I went through tongue-tie, exclusive pumping, sourcing supplemental donor milk, and the transition to solids.

I also did this all without the cry-it-out method, if that interests you.

And I bring that lived experience into my work with families of multiples.

  • twin mama tandem breastfeeding doula support

If you’re parenting twins or more, I can help with:

Tandem feeding techniques or rotating feeding schedules (and how to do this at night when you’re exhausted)

Efficient diapering, burping, and soothing for more than one baby

Organizing help and home setup to minimize chaos

    Sleep strategies tailored for multiples

Emotional and logistical support for solo or partnered parents

Encouragement rooted in real experience—you’re not alone in this

Postpartum Packages

Starting at $3000 (65 HRS)

Standard postpartum packages start at $3,000 and include the following:

  • 65 Hours of Daytime Care
Scheduled in 4-hour daytime shifts, with a flexible tapering model, providing more support early on and gradually reducing as your confidence and rhythm grow.

  • Placenta Encapsulation
I handle the entire process safely and respectfully, returning your capsules ready to support hormonal balance and recovery. Please note that if you experience an infection during your birth, we may not be able to encapsulate. Encapsulation must be done immediately after birth, so coordinating with me is critical for timing.

  • Emotional and Physical Support
I’m here to hold space for everything: the joy, the exhaustion, the questions, the overwhelm. I’ll help with newborn care, feeding support, snack and meal prep, light tidying, sibling transitions, and carving out time for you to rest and breathe.

I’m happy to support you beyond a basic package with more layered support and a longer period of time. While everyone is different, I typically see new parents grow their wings and need me less and less as the weeks go on, and somewhere between 6-8 weeks, they’ve found their rhythm and don’t need the same kind of support anymore.

In order to give you my full presence, I do not take on many clients at a time. A contract will be provided to employ services. All fees are due at the time of signing; a payment schedule may be available depending on your home situation.

Depending on my client schedule, we may be able to add bonus hours if we feel my services are still of value to you.
