Postpartum Nutrition Package

$1,500.00

Nourishment and care that protect your recovery physically, emotionally, and hormonally, so you feel held.

  • Recovery-focused nourishment plan (warm, nutrient-rich, grounding)

  • Support for milk supply,* depletion, and nervous system steadiness

  • Gentle rhythms to reduce overwhelm and decision fatigue

  • Supplement recommendations, meal prep, & menus, including easy lactation bite recipes and everyday meals

  • In-person support available in the Santa Barbara area**

  • Basic package includes immediate postpartum up to 60 days after birth, and includes initial assessment (or re-assessment of existing clients) plus 2 follow-up sessions within that timeframe

  • Ongoing monthly support is also available on a case-by-case basis — just ask!

*I offer life experience, nutritional guidance, and a midwifery background to help guide you. I am happy to source or provide referrals to IBCLCs in your area, and to collaborate with them on your care as needed. Please note, I cannot formally diagnose tongue tie.

**I also travel as far as Los Angeles, depending on your actual location in LA. Note that travel fees may apply.
